How we've done it

Utilizing the latest in Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), computer vision and algorithms, we invented a novel turn-key solution that offers the food industry its own "Quality-Control-In-A-Box" system - Hydra.

Businesses and consumer brands around the world have already successfully integrated Hydra into their quality control processes. Hydra deployment has allowed them to improve the way they inspect food quality, handle quality control, monitor trends and performance and a lot more through a powerful connected ecosystem.

Reducing Food Waste

AgShift team is on a mission to reduce food waste. Our medium of choice is AI.

America wastes roughly 40 percent of its food, the equivalent of about $115 billion per year. Of the estimated 133 billion pounds of food that goes to waste every year, much of it is perfectly edible and nutritious.

At a time when one in six Americans are food insecure, reducing food loss by just 25 percent would be enough to feed more than 25 million people every year.

How big is the problem we are solving?
